- YCYuki ChinJan 3, 20265.0Been to this branch for few times now. So far I think is the best TD bank in Surrey and in WhiteRock. I have been to many TD branches, I find that this bank waiting time is lesser, quicker and friendly staff. This TD Bank service is way way better than CIBC that located across the street. I loved to do business with TD.
- SLSean LNov 17, 20251.0AVOID THIS BRANCH FOR BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS! This location's staff have no idea what they are doing. Our business account was locked for no reason, and apparently we were assigned a "passcode" to unlock the account. The staff member who supposedly set up the passcode for us is conveniently no longer working for them and cannot be reached. The manager of the branch was also away and unable to be reached. One week later, our bank account is still locked, and we are getting NSF charges daily from our vendors and suppliers. In addition, we are getting threatened with lawsuits from our vendors if we don't pay them soon. The branch manager is now back and still says they can't do anything for us and to call TD directly. We call TD and they refer us back to the branch. Both sides are denying responsibility. You guys can be expecting to hear from our lawyers soon as this is getting out of hands.
