They need to know that with the way we were treated helped us immediately decide we wanted to bank there. Excellent job young ladies. This is how customers should be treated. Thank you.

They closed my debat card to figure it out and now I can't even access my account on line or do e transfers. Going to close my account with td soon as I'm back in town

I have been in twice before asking to get a bill payee added on my account. Lucy(if I spelled it correctly) got it figured out and now I can pay my telus bill, 4 days late. But Kudos to her. Hope she gets some recognition for this. Employees like this is why I keep my $$$ with TD. Cheers

- NNNickJul 14, 20214.0I’m Here all the time and my honest opinion I’m gonna stay with this bank although it’s busy they really take time with people and they take their time with you that’s how everyone likes to be treated my card was broken snapped in half and they sent me a new one of course it did take a while than usual because of Covid but I still like this bank one issue they never answer the phones.
