    Locked me out of my account for no reason?! No warning about “hey we might cut you off from all your money if you send a wire transfer” That’s some shady stuff.

    Went to the bank today to get my last 6 months of bank statement and met with Highly incompetent manager who straight up refused to print me the statement. She said she is working here from last 15 years yet don’t know the difference between a Transaction history and a account’s monthly statement. She simply printed me off the transaction history and argued that “THIS IS THE STATEMENT” when i repeatedly said that I do not need my monthly transactional history but instead I need my official MONTHLY ACCOUNT STATEMENT. She continued to insist that transactional history is indeed a statement there is no difference. When i explained to her that official bank statement always states opening and closing balance which transaction history does not. She diasgreed! Then she proceeded to tell me that she would have to get it by mail from their head office and cannot print it off from the bank. Which is unheard of that a bank cannot print off a statement and branch manager with 15 years of experience does not know the difference between a transaction history list and official account statement.

    I called looking for information about safety deposit boxes. The person I spoke to was only able to tell me the same information I could find on the website and when I left my phone number to be contacted by someone with more knowledge no one returned the call.

    Disappointed that after covid this location has not resumed the TD extended hours which is why I use them.
