- TTTiaraAug 22, 20241.0Alexis was pathetic and had NO customer service skills. He was rude and had ZERO understanding of the issue. Confirmed the issue with me thrice, went in the cabin thrice, keeping the customer waiting to come back and tell me with an attitude that he basically cannot do anything to a loyal customer of 8 years. He sounded as if he was doing some kind of favor on customers. Absolute disgrace!! Doesn't deserve a bit to be in a position he is!!!
