  I am deeply disappointed with TD Bank's handling of my recent issue. After spending over $80,000 this year purchasing items and utilizing your services, I would expect a level of care and accountability that reflects my loyalty as a customer. Instead, I’ve been met with indifference and outright refusal to resolve a problem that was your mistake. The fact that you won’t spend $30 to expedite a solution is insulting. It doesn’t matter if it’s “a different department” or not—this specific branch represents TD Bank, and the refusal to help demonstrates a complete lack of customer focus. Your unwillingness to take responsibility has cost you my business. I will be canceling all my accounts and services with TD Bank if this isnt resolved within 10 days. This experience shows that you value profits over customer satisfaction, and I won’t stand for it. I urge others to think twice before entrusting their finances to a company that cannot prioritize or properly serve their customers.

  Alexis was pathetic and had NO customer service skills. He was rude and had ZERO understanding of the issue. Confirmed the issue with me thrice, went in the cabin thrice, keeping the customer waiting to come back and tell me with an attitude that he basically cannot do anything to a loyal customer of 8 years. He sounded as if he was doing some kind of favor on customers. Absolute disgrace!! Doesn't deserve a bit to be in a position he is!!!

  I have been banking with TD for over 15 years and never have I had customer service as good as I have at this millstream location. Lisa Larson (Financial Adviser) went absolutely above and beyond, she surprised me multiple times with having all my paperwork ready before I even arrived for the appointment as well as she went out of her way to squeeze me in for urgent needs. Amazing service and thank you to Lisa, you’re the best.

  When I walked in, I was greeted very friendly teller. I told them what I wanted to do with my account, and they simply did it. No unessesary questions, just how it should be done. After Inwas finished, they asked if I have ever had any issues with my account. And if so, if there was anything they could do to help.
