I then decided the next week to follow up and take advantage of 1 of the offers, but I needed to clarify some details. I was given business cards by 2 employees and attempted to contact both for 3 days. No reply and missed taking the offer. I also suggested to them while in the branch that my mortgage was up and needed to renew. Guess where I'm not going for that!
