While completing our 3rd mortgage with TD the treatment my wife and I received from management was horrendous. So poor that I have created a Case Study: "What Really Bad Customer Service Looks, Sounds and Feels Like". Make no mistake the big banks in Canada are just as ugly and without conscience as we all think they are.
