So, I helped him get out of the menu he was in, and walked and talked him through the steps he needed as I showed him and in the end I was able to deposit his $698.61 check into his account and never seen a happier smile 😊 which put a huge smile😊 on my face as he thanked me wishing me a Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁⛄
