Not only did they fail to provide any worthwhile assistance in resolving my banking issues, but I also experienced blatant rudeness from the front desk and what I strongly suspect to be racial discrimination, specifically targeted towards individuals of Asian descent.

Service was quick and smooth. Great bank for Wesbrook villagers & UBC students.
