- MGMelissa GrafOct 30, 20254.0The staff here are patient and kind. I have had good experiences with them whenever I attend this bank. Be prepared to wait in line at this location as it's very busy. They have every single spot at the counter filled with a teller, but there are just a lot of people who come to this bank and the bank is not physically large enough to accommodate more tellers for more customers.

On several occasions, I have had to visit another branch or rely on online support to resolve issues caused by this location. In addition to their lack of efficiency, the staff have also been noticeably rude and unhelpful. Although it is the closest branch to me, I have stopped using it altogether due to repeated negative experiences.
