I was experiencing issues regarding my RRSP transfer as I have heard conflicting information resulting in a hold up from my previous bank as well as my employee plan. Kelvin handled my transfer and clearly communicated every update as well as explained the process in a way that made it simple to understand. I was reassured that the transfer was in the right hands as soon as Kelvin took over as he went above and beyond to communicate with my bank and insurance company in order to get the transfer to my account as soon as possible. It is rare to come across someone who combines both competence and empathy in their work the way Kelvin does. This experience has changed my view of TD to a positive one as I have never experienced such a personalized experience at any large financial institution before.
