We’ve been long time customers but now we are moving to VanCity across the street. It’s going to be a lot of work to move all our accounts but it’s the only way to show our dissatisfaction.

Their service is absolutely brutal. I complained to the branch manager and he basically said that the bank does not care about its customers. He suggested I go to a credit union if I wanted better service and somebody who actually cares. He's left the branch now, at Kingsway branch now. I think he's too lazy to go find a better job.
