He didn’t outright say it, but it was clear from what he said that he and, by extension, the company seem to favor costumer with bigger bank accounts or savings. He even compared others to homeless people, which made me really uncomfortable. His way of explaining things felt unprofessional, and instead of helping me find a solution, I left feeling discriminated against with no options. Honestly, he needs proper training, he didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all.

I've had weird automatic deposits that I didn't authorize, and charges for trying to move money back online. The supervisor seemed to think I was making things up? Anyway, I'm done with TD for banking.
