Laura was knowledgeable, personable, and her ability to communicate in both English and Spanish — paired with a great sense of humor — made our multi-hour meeting genuinely enjoyable. I also received excellent service from Niko, who provided clear and helpful guidance on mortgage options using a U.S. credit bureau pull for my Canadian residency. Overall, I really appreciated the professionalism and customer care from the staff. That said, the branch’s cleanliness could use attention. There was visible trash in the entryway, and the door handle was greasy and unpleasant to touch upon arrival. I’d recommend raising the cleanliness standards to match the otherwise high level of service provided by the team.
