She raised her eyebrows and voice in order for her to deliver the message. Su rude!! I'm a financial advisor and I could understand what she meant. Terrible customer service!!

I was always (3t times in 3 months period) told by the clueless teller that the person who knows the answer to my query would call me back shortly and will explain my options. The call backs have never happened. Once, I followed up again, I was promised that branch manager would call me back. Guess what, never happened. Needless to say, unless absolutely necessary, I would this branch as much as possible. Seem less banking experience promoted by TD obviously has missed this branch.
- GDG DMar 31, 20213.0There is a man who regularly sleeps in the ATM area from late evening to opening time, with no mask. It is not safe to use the ATM in such a small enclosed poorly ventilated space with another maskless person present for many hours of time. A better resource is needed for the health and safety of the man who is sleeping there, and in the meantime I do not recommend using this location.
- JPJessica PApr 4, 20181.0Probably one of the worst experience I had at a bank at this branch with an Indian advisor. Called the branch a day in advance and they said they will be able to reverse 3 months and that they will see what they can do when I come into the branch. But when I went to the branch, the advisor made up his own rules by saying he cannot reverse the fees because "things have changed suddenly," but after when he was told by the manager, he comes back and says he will reverse the fees. I asked him why the sudden changes with his words, and he says "we don't want you to have a negative experience" ? His attitude was absolutely repulsive during the entire conversation. I work at a bank too and he thinks he can fool me just because I'm young.
