She raised her eyebrows and voice in order for her to deliver the message. Su rude!! I'm a financial advisor and I could understand what she meant. Terrible customer service!!
- STSelena TuytelDec 20, 20241.0I would avoid this branch. Despite thinking that we had a good appointment with Sean Park, we've had nothing but issues as new customers since December 2023. This includes not being able to use our debit cards because of how it was set up. Literally spitting out money / unable to deposit for 3+ months until I went to the Richmond TD branch and they fixed the issues. We highly regret giving Sean P 5 stars at our first appt. Also, the branch manager Eric Chen blatantly lied and then ghosted us multiple times. We had a call with TD Canada upper management and they were investigating. I wouldn't even give this branch 1 star... it should be in the negatives.
