I felt disappointed and felt that my concerns as a client weren't taken seriously by her and that she could have shown more willingness to help and patience during the interaction. She refused to answer my questions and gave me attitude for asking for help with my account.

I’ve had incredibly frustrating issues with TD in the past and present, but the team at the Granville branch went above and beyond. I don’t say this lightly as they could have easily pushed me off to corporate, but they didn’t. They resolved the issue themselves. What’s even more impressive is that, beyond being genuinely good people, they had no incentive to help me. My home branch is across the country, I don’t live in Vancouver, and I will likely never need to transact with them again. They knew this from day one, as we were dealing with a special situation. Naresh and the team deserve every bit of recognition and kudos possible.

They seem to be too preoccupied making sure they can leave on time locking up the rear door to the parking area well before closing time. Tellers are not well trained confusing American zip codes with Canadian postal codes. Bank codes with routing numbers. Very disorganized and worst of all, I do not feel they appreciate my business. From someone who had been a TD customer since the 80s having experienced many different branches across the country.
