  This review is unfortunately not only for the branch but for the bank itself. On Friday Oct the 17th, I had put in a request to have one of my accounts converted to cash in order to transfer to a direct investing account and was told it would be 5 business days for that to occur. However on Friday Oct 24th, I received another call saying there was a missing page on the request form that was submitted by the branch resulting in a delay. The mutual funds line then arranged that I would verbally be able to have convert the funds to cash, transferred me to the direct investing department, and then "expedited" the process to have this in the account by Tuesday Oct 28th. I called on Oct 27th to confirm this in which they told me they were unsure if this was now possible. Called Oct 28th and was told to hold while they discuss with their supervisor. I was put on hold for 45 mins and could not wait any longer due to a medical appointment. In addition to this, I had called the branch and spoke with the individual directly who had assured me he would follow-up with me the same day as to the status. I have not head back from as of Oct 27th. I have emails of this arrangement as well. TLDR, had the money been in the account on Friday, I would have been up 4K USD by now. This whole experience has made me question how reliable TD is as an institution and if I can put my earnings/trust in people that cannot complete their tasks.

  Great and kind staff but for reason TD’s credit card auto payment system has been down for a week. Also the ATM outside is rarely working.

  I don’t want to give any star of this location. I applied the line of credit couple months ago, and I give to Kelly what she needs. But today, she email me she did pass my application to her colleague. I told her at the beginning email me is the best way to contact me. Today, told by her colleague my application is expired. So that means I need to reapply again. That’s so annoying. If TD can’t do it just let me know directly don’t play a game with me.

  Not professional at all ! Branch Manager Chia yang 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Worst I received a MoneyGram order as family support and I went to get my cheque from Canada post. As a TD loyal customer I have been always received approval on all my cheques deposited. Now in state of crisis I have to wait for 5 days ???? The Td Burnaby one 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 they judge by appearance! That’s bulls legit
