  I really love this branch. Every time I go in the tellers are helpful and very nice. I have never had a bad interaction, they offer advice and services but don’t push anything. Sometimes it gets busy but they are efficient and help everyone as fast as they can. Be kind, people!

  Worst TD branch in Vancouver! I would avoid doing business at this bank. Teller had a terrible attitude. Getting a bank draft is done under severe scrutiny, it felt like I required their approval to obtain a draft from my own account. Proof of reason behind the draft request was required. I’ve never encountered such policies dealing with other TD branches or RBC.

  Every time I try to access my own money at this TD branch, it turns into an unnecessary ordeal. The first time, the branch manager refused to issue a draft to my wife to pay off a property she owned — a property I had helped her with. I had to physically bring her in and prove not only that she owned the property, but that we were married. Now, I’m facing the same treatment again. This time I wanted a draft to help a friend I’ve supported before, with TD’s approval in the past. Instead of simply processing my request, I was sent to the fraud department under the excuse of “protecting my funds.” The questions they asked were invasive and irrelevant — such as what I do, how I got my money, and why I was sending it — even though they had already approved a similar transaction before. It feels like I’m treated as guilty until proven innocent every time I deal with this branch. I can’t help but feel that there’s a bias at play here. Everyone should be able to use their own money without constant suspicion and barriers. You can see by all reviews if you are minority - you were warned.

  Extremely slow and frustrating service. I'm currently in a line of 20 people, with only two staff members helping—one of whom is still in training. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-off experience; every time I visit this location, it's the same situation. It’s baffling that more staff aren't scheduled to meet the demand.

  They staff their branches with untrained, semi competent employees. After being let down too many times I finally decided to close my accounts with TD because of their awful service. I waited 30 minutes to see a teller only to be told they didn't have anyone in the building who could perform this task. Glad to have moved to CIBC
