  Bad enough that you don’t update your holiday hours online, but to not even post a sign on the door?? In any other industry I would lose customers if I just decided to not show up for work unannounced. No wonder brick and mortar banking is dying — good riddance.

  I don’t usually go to this branch, but I recently had an emergency issue and had to stop by, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything step by step, explaining things in simple terms so I could fully understand what was going on. Huge shout out to Dayton and the manager Julio for their outstanding service. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Truly appreciate the support! Highly recommend this branch.

  I recently deposited a bank draft from another financial institution at TD. Prior to doing so, I specifically requested that no hold be placed on the deposit, as I intended to immediately apply the funds toward my TD mortgage (opened in 2022) which carries a very high interest rate. I fully understand that standard policy is to place a 5-day hold on cheques and drafts. However, given my long-standing relationship with TD and my good standing as a client, I asked Associate Remi W. to confirm with Branch Manager (Julio J. M. ) whether an exception could be made in this case. Unfortunately, I was told that no exception was possible. This rigid decision prevents me from reducing my mortgage balance sooner and forces me to incur additional, avoidable interest charges — interest that benefits TD directly at my expense. This experience has made it clear that TD does not value my business beyond being “just another number.” As a result, I will be moving my financial business elsewhere.
