- RERamin EOct 28, 20251.0Worst customer service of any TD branch I’ve been. They decided to close their small business wicket every day an hour before they close. As a small business owner, that’s sometimes the only time that I have to get my banking done. The regular line wasn’t moving so I asked to speak with a manager to provide some feedback in a constructive, respectful way. After waiting 20min, instead of being understanding and friendly, manager Haasti was immediately defensive and dismissive. I’ll do my best to find another branch in the future.

This is extremely frustrating — it makes no sense that a bank does not have enough cash available for customers. I expected better service and proper arrangements from a major Canadian bank. Very disappointing experience.

There were about 10–12 people waiting in line behind me. The service was extremely slow and inefficient. This level of staffing is unacceptable for such a major branch.
