  I want to share a huge compliment for Arianna Ha and Adriana Vero at the TD Bank – 1055 Dunsmuir St branch for the absolutely wonderful customer service I received today. I visited the branch to get a certified cheque for my presale apartment payment, which can normally feel a bit stressful, but both Arianna and Adriana made the entire experience incredibly smooth and comfortable. Arianna was professional, patient, and very detail-oriented. She walked me through each step clearly and made sure everything was handled perfectly. Adriana was just as welcoming and supportive, helping ensure the whole process went quickly and without any issues. Their teamwork, kindness, and positive attitude truly stood out. As a TD client for over 18 years, I’ve always appreciated good service, but today’s experience was exceptional. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel valued and respected as a long-time customer. I genuinely hope TD’s management team recognizes their hard work and considers both Arianna and Adriana for future senior roles, they absolutely deserve it. Thank you again to both of them for making my day easier and for representing TD Bank with such professionalism and warmth. Highly recommended branch and an amazing team!

  I was quite offended during my recent visit. While I was discussing a security question with one staff member, another employee — who wasn’t even assisting me — suddenly said that I needed a Korean translator just because I asked a few times for clarification. Then that person jokingly greeted me in Korean (“Annyeonghaseyo~”), which felt condescending rather than friendly. I’m a graduate student, fully capable of communicating in English, and this kind of comment was unnecessary and disrespectful. However, I want to mention that the staff member who was actually helping me was very kind and patient. he even took extra time to help me with an Apple Pay issue over the phone, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and care.

  I wish I can leave 0!! I’ve had a terrible experience with the customer service. First, they provided incorrect information about opening a new account, telling me I couldn’t do it online. Second, I’ve been waiting for almost 25 minutes for my appointment with Kreet, I left and after the appointment was cancelled. It’s so disrespectful to my time! I don’t suggest doing any business at this brunch.
