- ACA. CoşgunNov 14, 20251.0This review is for Branch 2147. My wife has been dealing with Easy Financial for 2–3 weeks, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a disgrace. Even though the application was for my file, they kept asking her for additional information and even contacted me unnecessarily. They collected all this information and still failed to move the process forward. The employee, Himanshu, is one of the most unprofessional and uninterested individuals I’ve ever encountered in a financial institution. He doesn’t bother to update my wife unless we call first. His constant excuse — “I’m busy, I work alone” — has become laughable. He is great at making excuses, terrible at doing his job. They kept saying “your loan is approved” and then repeatedly asked for new documents, dragging the process endlessly. My wife sent every document immediately, yet he still managed to come up with new excuses each time. The incompetence, lack of organization, and complete absence of professionalism is shocking. Communication is nonexistent, and his attitude is flat-out rude and careless. Working with this branch has been an absolute waste of time, energy, and patience. I do NOT recommend Branch 2147 to anyone. They have no professionalism, no structure, and no respect for their clients. I will never deal with them again. They didn’t just waste our time — they tested our patience to the limit.

They tell me “your loan is approved,” yet keep demanding more and more documents nonstop. I provide everything immediately, and they still come up with new nonsense every single time. No process management, no professionalism, no respect. They’ve been dragging this out for 3 weeks and can’t even be bothered to give basic updates. The attitude is rude, the communication is awful, and their behaviour shows zero responsibility. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are unreliable, disorganized, and an absolute waste of time and energy. I never want to deal with them again.!!!!!!
