- MPMarkus PlatzerOct 29, 20253.0I watched one of the new manager/supervisor talk down to two of the bank tellers who have been there many years and have provided me with great Customer Service. I saw the whole interaction and If it was me on the recieving end that manager/supervisor would have answered to a higher calling. Please treat your Terrace tellers like they bring in your business, cause they do... otherwise your just a bank. 5 Stars to the tellers no stars to the Man/sup. Rating is a balance between.
