- MMMandyNov 28, 20231.0If there is 0 star I will choose 0 star. This was the worst experience I have since I was banking with TD for the past 12 years. For me I always felt welcome and been valued as a loyal customer during the past 12 years until today I had the bad experience with this business account manager. Since the government already gave out guidance on refinancing the CEBA loan from financial institution. Customers from RBC and probably BMO can choose to convert CEBA loan to a term loan without filing any application and being checked any credit report. I told Wallied about this and he seemed very mad at me and told me to leave TD and go RBC in a very unprofessional manner. I was shocked as I had never been treated like this as a customer with everything in TD. I also described our business finance situation and personal credit situation then he told me that I we don't need to submit the application and he doesn't need to waste time reviewing the application. After 12 years I decided to walk away from TD with all my RESP, paycheck, direct deposit, because I want to be at least respected as customer.
