- KKKaitOct 12, 20245.0After having problems adding our credit card to different apps, we stopped by this branch to see why our card kept declining. Bryan was really patient and understanding while listening to our problems. Him and Esha both went above and beyond to solve our issue, calling Visa for us and then contacting TD’s fraud department to fully solve our problem. While we were there, Bryan also updated our identification information. His service was efficient, friendly, and compassionate. We appreciate how empathetic both him and Esha were and how they advocated for us in resolving our issue. Thanks for all your help!
