  On October 17, 2025, a female customer service agent put me on hold for nearly half hour after saying “hold on a minute”. I got tired of waiting so hung up the phone and called back and a male service agent picked up this time. While addressing my issue, he kept repeating “my branch” like he owns the branch. Also, he addressed me as ‘bro’ multiple times during the call instead of the standard ‘Mr Surname’ or ‘Sir’. Very unprofessional behaviour by a bank employee. Then the manager named Carrie addressed my issue but also assured me that someone from the branch will call me back the next day to address a different issue I had. It’s been over a week and nobody called me back regarding that other issue. Worst customer service skills from the front line bank employees mainly. Go to a different branch if you can’t stand rude behaviour like me!

  The staff in this branch is so incompetent. A lot of new tellers are under trained. Mistakes happen so often. Always say they need an override and it takes forever for them to get one because everyone is busy. And there's always a line. It's always a big mess. TD is very inefficient in general but this branch is just the worst I've ever seen. One of the staff smells like alcohol. Few staff there act professionally. You either need to train your tellers better or you need new management that actually knows how to run a branch.

  是我幸運嗎？ 我覺得體驗很好啊，我有事先預約，人員Tavia 很準時的跟我碰面，也很熱誠，盡心地幫我完成開戶，這中間有遇到一些驗證碼的問題，她也很耐心地幫我排除，，後來我需要做一些投資，他也幫我轉介給投資部門的Gary，雖然銀行端app軟體使用上不夠便捷，造成我的困擾，但他們兩位的協助讓我很感謝跟滿意

  First of all it’s takes lot time deal with customers and last it won’t fix customer problem instead they said to call customer care.

  Was waiting in the line and saw how the staff are very friendly to everyone! I don’t usually come to this branch but compared to the one I normally go to it was a breath of fresh air!
