She lacked the knowledge and professionalism expected from someone in her position. In fact, we felt we had more understanding of the topic than she did. Despite my husband clearly saying we would prefer to book an appointment with someone else, she still went ahead and submitted an application, which was completely unacceptable and a waste of our time. It is very disappointing to see someone working with clients without the proper knowledge or responsibility. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I respect people who treat their clients fairly, but this kind of behaviour shows a lack of respect. Clients should never be treated this way.
