- SSSaDec 5, 20255.0I opened my very first bank account in Canada here, and Frank was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I was nervous and stumbled over my English, but Frank listened patiently and explained everything using simple, easy-to-understand words. Since everything was new to me, I also ran into a few issues, and he guided me through each step so clearly. I’m truly grateful for all his help. I highly recommend Frank to newcomers to Canada and to anyone who has a lot of banking needs. And I can’t wait to try the chicken spot he recommended! 🥰 Thank you for genuinely making my day, Frank!

I asked them about the required documents over the phone, but when I arrived they asked me for other documents, so I had to go to the branch again to provide them with those documents. They promised me that I would receive my credit card within two weeks, but a month has passed and I still haven't received it because the branch manager was on vacation and there was no one else to approve the process. Unfortunately, I tried to contact them several times, but only once Frank Pham, the person in charge of my card, called me and told me I don't know when my card will be issued and when I find out, I will call you. Now we are waiting.
- MTM TiffanySep 22, 20251.0This branch is full of new, unprofessional staff, and the service is terrible. It feels like they only care about Indian clients as staffs are majority of Indians. The female staff is extremely rude to me and even give me attitude. I felt being racist. They completely ignore the diverse community they are supposed to serve. TD claims to value diversity, but this branch clearly does not. I will never come back.
