  I had a truly positive experience at TD Bank, thanks to Akko Bassi. Akko Bassi is an absolute sweetheart—kind, calm, and compassionate. A homeless individual came into the branch, and Akko handled the situation beautifully, with empathy and respect. Even when the individual became aggressive later, the staff remained professional and dealt with the situation calmly and appropriately. It was reassuring to see such humanity and professionalism. This kind of service really stands out. Thank you to Akko and the entire team.

  Warning: bait and switch on currency exhange. What's listed on their website is much worse than what they were offering in stores. 5 percent different. Do not go here. I may stop banking with td over this after a very long relationship (my whole life)

  SOVIET helped me open a bank account at TD, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. I had been struggling to get a credit card for the past two years, and she managed to get my credit card approved right away. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made everything simple and stress-free. This was truly the best customer service experience I’ve had. Thank you, Soviet!

  Walked in to open a new account and was very warmly welcomed , this branch is so well organized and the ambience definitely adds to the experience . Soviet helped me with opening a new account , she is so professional and customer oriented , explained about all the accounts and went through everything step by step . I didn’t felt rushed at any stage , she answered all my questions promptly and took time to explain benefits of saving/chequing account and even went a step further to suggest if I would like to apply for a credit card . Even though I’m a student and here on a temporary visa she asked me what my future prospects and how to get rewarded being a loyal customer with TD . Thank you Soviet for great customer service, I’m glad I chose the panorama location for my business . Great effort by the whole team .
