  Seriously looks like this bank doesn’t care at all. People are standing outside and it’s 9:10 but they didn’t even open the bank (NOT FIRST TIME). The people working here are not just slow inside but also don’t even open the bank on time. What else can you expect from them. They don’t even learn from the past reviews which have mentioned many times about their service and the slowness. Really shitty service and slow service and on top of that don’t even open the bank on time. When will they grow up and fix their problems? And then they put signs inside saying we bank on respect, who will want to give respect to these kind of stupid people who don’t care about their customers.

  Worst customer service ever. Branch invited us to talk about our account and asked us to wait in line for hour and a half. No customer service rep and manager in branch Do not waste your time with this branch

  I have opened new account here. I was having an appointment with Ashwarya garg. She is such a sweet girl. She explained me everything in detail with patience and make sure that I’ll get best benefits. Surely recommend TD bank for new arrivals.

  Incredibly long long wait times. As the reviews show, they're aware they don't have enough tellers to meet the demand, yet they don't do anything. Evidently, it seems they don't care about the people visiting and using this branch.they have 7 desktops at front and for that only 2 clerks.

  This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. About six months ago, I experienced fraud on my TD account and went to one of their branches to resolve the issue. I was told to bring two pieces of identification — my health card and driver’s license — which I did. At that time, the assistants clearly told me, “From now on, we’ll only need your driver’s license and health card to verify you. You don’t need your passport — you can bring it if you want, but it’s optional.” However, when I returned recently, they suddenly demanded two pieces of ID that both have my photo on them and insisted I also bring my passport. That was incredibly disappointing and confusing. I explained everything about my account — when it was opened, the address linked to it — and fully verified my identity. I even showed them a clear picture of my passport on my phone, but they refused to accept it, speaking with a rude and disrespectful attitude throughout the entire process. The staff’s lack of consistency and professionalism is shocking. Do not bank with TD — this is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend banking with CIBC instead
