- MMMHJan 10, 20251.0Came in on Dec 20 and met with Annie K. She does not know anything about her job. I asked several times about DI with a FHSA account and she said that is not an option. Went to a different bank today where I was told an email was sent out earlier in December where they said this was available. She is clearly misinformed and the employee needs to be trained properly as I have locked my money away now due to this terrible advice.
