- OAOffice AdministratorOct 11, 20221.0There’s serious power tripping from the staff here. Tried to deposit a bank draft from my father as I was currently overdraft. He paid a bank draft fee to make sure it doesn’t get held up but the staff is saying they will be holding it for my protection. I asked what is wrong with my account as I would like it to be better. They said my account is perfect. Then I said, I don’t understand why they are holding the money. At the end, they conceded to deposit the bank draft without hold but only after I threaten to close my account. Terrible experience.
