However, I had a bad experience with one representative named Manish. He was very rude on the call and did not properly explain anything. If a customer misses a payment for personal reasons, he should handle the situation professionally. Instead, he kept saying “make the payment now, now, now,” which felt disrespectful and unhelpful. I’m not sure how customer service standards work, but this was a disappointing experience with him. Other than that, Easy Financial is a good place for loans and related services ❤️
