- CCCarrieSep 21, 20255.0Came into this branch a couple days ago and needed some help for a variety of different things and I wish I got the name of the guy who helped me and my family through some questions and credit card transactions and accounts, because he did everything so efficiently and helped to provide the easiest solutions for us and all in a kind polite way! Great staff at this branch!!

- SBSarah bJul 28, 20154.0UPDATE: I met the new manager at a business mixer and because he was so friendly, I started to go to this bank again. The newer staff and manager are friendly people. They are comfortable and easy to deal with. Old review: My usual bank is near Uptown, but had to go to this one as it was close to work. The lady at the till was so rude, condescending and just should not be working for customer service. Walked in to get a new debit card and she gave me a lecture about losing it and how it 'was very concerning' to her that I had lost my 7th card. I should not have to even explain myself. I was so shocked. After I got my card, she had the nerve to ask me 'how was my service today?'. I strongly believe she did this just to make me more upset, i held my tongue and just replied that she got me what I wanted, then left. I will never go back to this branch for ANYTHING. I will stick to my uptown branch where all the employees are kind, helpful and cheerful. I hope other people did not have to deal with what I had to, it ruined my week.
