Great staff at this branch!!
- GSgeorg schulzeNov 2, 20221.0I want to emphasize that I received friendly assistance from branch personnel. However, my experience with TD was far from satisfactory. It took a long time to get an account opened. Then a day later I wanted to make an investment. It was claimed it could be done online, but it turned out to be necesssary to call for assistance. Then this afternoon, once more I had to go through a great rickmarole to get a webbroker account opened. Pretty soon they will want to know if one flossed the previous day before one is permitted to open an account. The web and telephone experiences were irritating in the extreme and had I known about the cumbersome processes I would have gone elsewhere. I don't want to discourage anyone. Your experience might be great, but mine wasn't. And I'm not sure why anyone should put up with it.
