So I’m locked out of my account cuz I can’t receive a text or call to verify myself and I can’t call them. One star is for not having an email contact. I have bills to pay! They want my money but the systems in place are making it impossible for me to pay my credit cards. Absolutely ridiculous. Please offer an email contact option or another avenue to get into my account.

These hours are unacceptable how is any full time employee supposed to do any kind of banking when most jobs go later than 4pm. There is enough people around it should not be that hard to find staff. Infact I know it's not. I've seen countless messages from the "owner" saying thank you for your comments we've contacted the parties involved but this was over 6 months ago and still no change and no more staff. This branch seems to be actively trying to drive people away. Imagine you only get paid in cheque's, without mobile deposit your hooped or if your cheque is bigger than 2k your waiting a week to see it. Good luck with rent or mortgages! If the "owner" reads this don't respond saying thank you fix it!
- SKSuper KAug 25, 20251.0Great bank good people but they changed their hours to close at 4pm that isn’t even 8 hours open and does not give working people a chance to get to the bank during open hours. Why not change your hours from 10 or 11M to 5 or 6pm so people can actually use the bank.
