  To TD Management and Corporate Office, As a valued TD member who deals with TD as first choice of bank for personal and business loan, it is very upsetting to experience such a pathetic customer service experience at this branch on my recent visit. Most of the team members on our visit have been extremely helpful and pleasant. I got assisted with one of their service managers, and to my disbelief I am astonished the way my simple request of getting a gift certificate made my experience so difficult. To the contrary having explaining Ms.Haowen this request of gift certificate is being asked by TD loan department in their head office Toronto, did not initiate to understand what was customer's (my) objective and lacked the knowledge on how gift certificate works. The service manager was kind enough to stamp the document however refused to fill her details where the form clearly explains the reason- and gave me the printout of my own statement (the form on contrary is simple and explains either the bank teller details or the 2nd option "the gift person's statement" not my personal statements to attest the gift money. I requested to speak with the branch manager prior having me wait for 30 minutes, I got a response Curtis is in the meeting, and she confirmed with Curtis the accuracy of this document, which was completely incorrect. To my conclusion and best part, after this disappointment, I went to the other branch nearby, I got it stamped and filled with no questions asked within 5 minutes. The reason to write this frank review is to give a genuine feedback to upper management. Customers trust bank due to multiple factors and long standing goodwill, a disappointment from 1 company member goes on a negative a long way. Apologies for the public review. Prat

  I went here few times. Emily Liu has great service. Very polite and professional. I been to a lof of td bank and she is really outstanding. Thumbs up.

  I recently went to this branch to get some bank stuff done, and I wasn't looking forward to it because in the past, I have received poor customer service at Scotiabank. However, one of their associates named Jowen was very friendly and non-judgmental. More importantly, she did not ask irrelevant questions that has nothing to do with banking. She was very helpful and gave me advices that I never thought of. It was a really nice experience that put my experience with other banks to shame. Thank you so much, Jowen!

  teller和manager脑子有坑吗？我有POA还不让我取钱，深井冰吧！好像钱是他们的一样？怎么有脸跟我这个态度哒！好气呀！！还在我账户上留note，让其他branch也不给我办业务！损到家了！
