Basic inquiries were ignored, and there was little to no communication or willingness to assist. As a business client, timely responses and professional support are essential, and this branch fell far below expectations.

The location is run down and not well managed. Night and day culture difference from the other TD branches. I do not recommend using this branch.

Things on our end didn't go as originally planned, but Karyn assured us it would work out and was there to help (and change plans) at every step. She really cares on a personal level. I would highly recommend Karyn for all your mortgage needs. We also found the entire team at TD Canada Trust Seafair to be really helpful, responsive and friendly (extra shout-out to Charles for making sure we always get great customer service).
