Henry Yuan scurried me away not finishing my transaction and questions when he saw a line forming behind me. But I didn’t see him rush the person ahead of me when I was in the queue?? 0 stars

Wish that there was a 0 star option available for reviewing this branch, but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest. My family and I have been TD customers for the last decade, and we have visited our fair shares of TD branches and I can confidently say without a doubt, the staff here are the most under qualified and the rudest people you can find, in any business. Wednesday, February 12th, 2025 at around 6:30. A gentlemen at the ATM required assistance as he deposited a hefty amount of cash into the ATM machine. A malfunction caused his hard earned cash to be taken by the machine without being deposited into his account. Worried, he asked for my assistance so I proceeded to enter Lansdowne mall to ask for assistance. Although their branch is closed, there are still employees working inside. I politely waved to catch a staff (asian lady, black hair with blonde highlights, chubby)for assistance, and she continued chatting with her co-worker even after making several eye contacts with me. I then tapped on the gate, hoping I would get some sort of response. I gestured to the ATM which is connected to the store, indicating something urgent has happened. In which a young, chubby asian lady waved me off and rudely saying "we are closed." Without any intention of gaining insight into the situation or any intentions of assisting. To add insult to injury, the lady sarcastically said "I cannot enter the ATM booth." when there is a door, literally 3 steps away from her, leading to the man whose hard earned money is stranded inside her company's ATM. This lady is getting paid and trusted by TD to provide service to their customers. I have seen university interns with more professionalism and decency than this lady. Even a bystander like me, offered to help the poor man who had troubles with the ATM. An employee at this branch would rather chat and laugh with her co-workers and wave off a customer in need of help than to try and help. Who knows how much money the man I was assisting deposited into the ATM machine, and how much this money meant to him. Maybe it was for an urgent expense, a medical treatment for his family, or something of greater importance. But no, this branch's employee would rather giggle her time away than to offer ANY form of assistance. I understand that this might be just a 9-5 job for this lady, but to be standing in side of TD bank, you are representing not just yourself, or your branch, but the entire TD bank. You are responsible for handling people's hard earned money and potentially live savings. To have absolutely no sympathy and decency to help a client as a banker is an indication that you are not fit for a job which requires responsibility, something that you lack. There are plenty of jobs out there which require a lot less responsibility and this worker might be more suitable for such jobs. It's a shame how such a person is qualified to work at a bank. A place where people entrust their hard earned money to be handle the likes of this lady who worked on February 12th, 2025 during closing shift. It is a shame that TD is able to entrust their brand image and service that have been so good in all other branches except for this Landsdowne mall location, to this lady. If TD does not want to lose customers, they should redesign their methods for training staff. Otherwise, incapable and absolutely ill-mannered workers will surely tarnish the great impression that TD has long had for its future customers.

Very bad experience in this branch. I received incorrect information without any support from the staff at this branch. I feel the staff here lacks knowledge, and the customer service is not comprehensive. I suggest those in need go to another branch to avoid wasting time here.

Every time I come here it’s the longest lines. Takes 2 people to troubleshoot issues which adds to the line.
