- JLJesse lIIiIIlDec 10, 20251.0I came in for a basic wire transfer — something any bank should handle without breaking a sweat. Instead, both the clerk and the manager had no idea how to do it. They fumbled through their own system, couldn’t complete the transfer, and then tried to blame me for their lack of knowledge. It’s honestly unbelievable. If the staff, including management, can’t perform a routine transaction, what exactly are they there for? This was a complete waste of time and one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. TD seriously needs to retrain this entire branch. I won’t be coming back.

He’s also not familiar with the process and informed the wrong fee amount. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The manager was just sitting nearby and did nothing until he was called over. Is this how TD deliver their customer services and how they train employees? Shame on you.👎👎👎
