  If 0 star is an option, that’s what I would rate today’s experience with TD (No. 3 & Granville). The manager on shift today, Dec. 5, 2025, helping out the tellers was the most insensitive and unhelpful employee. I had a joint account with my parents at TD. We’ve banked with TD since 2002. My father recently passed away and we’ve decided to close our safety deposit box. My mother requested to close the safety deposit box but was told she can’t because she’s not in the account name. She was also rudely told that she should have been more proactive in putting her name in the account, which she’s joint owner. Sorry TD but when you have a family member who’s ill and passes away the last thing that comes into mind is closing a safety deposit box. Whatever happened to your customer service? At least be nice or professional. It’s not like we’re not paying you for the services.

  I was having a problem with my account. Wrong money was deposited into my account, but the folks from TD help me so much the went out there way to assist me. Thank you so much to : 1. (Aiden) 2. (Phobee) And the manger for you kindness

  I will never work with TD Bank again. I wanted to get advice about a business account and a business credit card. They said they would connect me with a specialist named Steve, but after more than two weeks of waiting, there was no contact. When I followed up, I was told he was on vacation. They said they would connect me with another specialist and scheduled a new appointment. The appointment was set for October 23 (Vancouver time), there was no mention of Eastern time at all. I got a call at 6 a.m. (which I obviously missed), and when I rebooked for 3 p.m., again, there was no mention of Eastern time. Just in case, I waited at 12 p.m., and the staff member (not Steve. Freya) called me 8 minutes late, at 12:08 p.m. I answered, but I told her she was late and I couldn’t take the call at that time. She didn’t even apologize. She claimed she had emailed me about the Eastern time zone that is a complete lie. I never received such an email. Right after the call, she sent me an email saying I had missed three appointments and there was nothing more she could do for me. That is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, my business partner deposited $500 into our business account through a TD branch ATM, but the money disappeared and was never recorded. We reported this issue, but it’s been three weeks and there has been no resolution whatsoever. Thanks to TD Bank, my business has been delayed for nearly two months, and the whole experience has caused me tremendous stress. Do NOT open a business account here. Their service is chaotic, their communication is terrible, and their security is unreliable. Even one star is too generous. I’d give them -10 if I could. TD Bank employees seem to completely disregard the value of their customers’ time and only focus on their own comfort and convenience. Moreover, no one takes responsibility or shows any genuine intention to resolve serious issues.
