  “We’re going to be closing in 15 minutes so we cannot….” They cannot do anything. If you come 15 mins before they close, expect them to not help you.

  This place shouldn't have a 1 star rating - it should have 0. I went in to exchange some bills for coins for my business. They are only "allowed" to give 5 rolls of coins per customer. I have never had this issue with my other banks. Even other TD branches do not have this issue. The banker was incredibly nosey as well asking what I needed the coins for.

  Went into the branch to pick up a form to have automatic payment of my TD Visa from my RBC account. I know that the form is available in the branch, it’s on the web site and the person I spoke to at TDVisa confirmed that . I was told by the young man at the counter that I should go to my own bank because I wasn’t a TD client. He did say “well I could print you the form but it won’t do you any good. You don’t have a TD account. “ Poor training ! I expect better from TD

  In my opinion, what makes a bank stand out is its customer service. While there are great people at this branch, there seems to be some misinformation. All I wanted was an answer to clarify the details of my account, but all the answers went back to two sources: either refer to my financial advisor, or contact the TD phone line. Both the teller and the manager just seemed to brush off the situation, acting as though they have worked all day to help me... I went to the bank at 2:30 PM, and received a response around 4:00 PM. I think the situation would have been fine if they just told me they did not know what's happening, but it ends up being a big inconvenience.
