I know that the form is available in the branch, it’s on the web site and the person I spoke to at TDVisa confirmed that . I was told by the young man at the counter that I should go to my own bank because I wasn’t a TD client. He did say “well I could print you the form but it won’t do you any good. You don’t have a TD account. “ Poor training ! I expect better from TD

Also, since when are the only two language options on the phone line Chinese and English? And why does the Chinese option seem to offer significantly more information than the English one? Is this branch operating in China? It’s incredibly disappointing, especially considering that Canada’s official languages are English and French—not Chinese and English. TD seems to have completely overlooked this, and as a long-time customer, I expected much better.

I'm seriously considering transferring my business account to CIBC solely because of the unprofessional attitude of the "Manager, Customer Experience," Bruce Zhang. The staff's behavior was completely disconnected from the quality of service I expect from TD. Two employees were unable to assist with the issue I was facing, and Bruce’s response was simply, “OK, OK, OK, bye.” That kind of dismissiveness is unacceptable. I intend to escalate this to upper management. They should be made aware of the situation and provide proper training to ensure their staff are equipped to handle customer concerns respectfully and effectively
