- VSVinit SomaiyaNov 14, 20251.0I applied for an Aeroplan Visa credit card in person and specifically asked for the card to be sent to the branch so I could pick it up. Instead, it was sent to my old address where I no longer live. Every time I went to the branch to check, I was told, “Did we call you? If not, it’s not here.” But if the card was mailed to the wrong address, how would it ever be there? It took almost a month just to receive the card. On top of that, I already had an existing Aeroplan number and clearly asked for the card to be linked to it. Instead, they created a completely new Aeroplan number for me and didn’t link the old one at all.
