Not only is she extremely personable and kind to deal with, she is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She rectified a wire transfer which was entered incorrectly by the teller and which surprisingly was approved by the manager. Sarah absolutely knows what she is doing and that was totally reflective in the way she calmed down and took charge of the situation. An absolute gem of an employee to have.
