- MGMargaret GibsonDec 23, 20251.0Just terrible. I have wasted ten minutes trying to get through to my local TD bank…..and had to listen to a long winded …whatever….from, I guess head office. When I finally got through to the local, I was put on hold……after a couple of minutes the line went dead. Forget it. This is terrible service. Couldn’t someone at the banks number just answer the damn phone! I’m off to BMO! .

I wanted to switch to Td but after my appointment I would not switch to this branch. I went In after hearing about there 300$ promotion deal and he told me that deal was over and it was only during the summer time but when I went home I went on to the td web site and the promotion popped up again. I asked about setting up a credit card and Kevin completely dismissed me.
