I noticed an employee waiving a hand written sign mentioning they are opening 15 late. The 15 minutes warning was already 2 minutes late. So I continue to stand in the cold. 10 minutes went by. What a waste of time. I left. They could have written a new sign warning us of the further delay. Unprofessional.
