To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.
If you require in-person assistance for borrowing, investing or other financial advice, please book an appointment online, and we would be pleased to serve you.

- _J_-_ jetOct 26, 20191.0황당한 일을 겪었네요. 다들 꼭 기계로 계산해달라고 하세요~ 가기전에 입금할 금액 확인 하시구요. 통장에 현금을 입금하러 갔는데 직원이 현금을 계산했는데 제가 계산 한것보다 20불이나 적었습니다. 그래서 기계로 계산해달라고 요청하니 얼머부리더니 해주더라고요. 사과 조차 없었고.. 무튼 썩 좋은 경험은 아니었습니다. I went there to deposit for cash to my account But the staff didn’t calculate correctly. He missed 20$ on my cash So I asked to recalculate with a bill counter and He didn’t any apologize to me. If you need to deposit your cash, count your cash before you go.
