  Crystal was so great at helping me. Had a lil issue and when I showed up, she helped me and even offered me an incentive for the inconvenience. She’s the best and very helpful. So friendly

  Just brutal. The only td branch I have ever been to that was the slowest most ridiculous service. They wanted my ID then didn’t know what kind of ID he needed.. then he needed to text me and have me read aloud the numbers. I have always raved about TD branches and banking but this was the worst experience I have ever had trying to take out my own money

  Wonderful staff. Pitty about the management. As if you can’t afford security to keep your atm available past your business hours.. It’s the only one in town and there’s a note on the door that tells you to check the app as if it’s going to help.. It doesn’t.. Ridiculous, petty, cheap and pathetic. Closing my accounts and going across the street.

  I find it quite disgusting that the bank would choose to call a small business loan during a pandemic and then advise them that they are cancelling the small business account. There is no legal reason why they are closing the account and calling in the debt. The payments have always been made. They just don't like the industry the small business is in. Shame on the bank for causing such hardship during a pandemic. The business was just starting to recover from the closures and now the bank has called tens of thousands in debt with 30 days notice. Truly disgusting.
