She is always so personable, patient, explains things clearly (especially for my mom whose English is not fluent) and will proactively go above and beyond. Definitely recommend that you see Gwen for your banking!

- GPGerry PattinsonOct 7, 20201.0I called TD in the morning and the electronic msg said that TD was trying to reduce the need to visit the bank during the Covid19 period and encouraged electronic and telephone dealings. I just needed a quote for converting a very large amount of US$ in my borderless plan to CAD$. No one answered, so I left a msg. I received a call at 3.15pm from a "Farrah" who told me that I had to come into the bank to get such info and that they had to contact their security branch for that info and it was now closed. I asked her why could not she or someone else call their own security branch and then call me back with the info instead of me making a trip to the bank. Only after my insistence did she agree that she would do this the next day and call me back, however the rate may be different. Her attitude was definitely unhelpful initially. I shall wait till tomorrow to see if it improves. Nevertheless I have lost a day just waiting for TD to return my call. What inefficiency!!
