She is always so personable, patient, explains things clearly (especially for my mom whose English is not fluent) and will proactively go above and beyond. Definitely recommend that you see Gwen for your banking!

- JWJJ woJun 17, 20251.0i've been a customer at park and tilford branch for 30+ years and a TD customer for over 40 years. early june i visited the branch and deposited a large cheque written by me, to myself from my other bank. I was told the cheque would require a 5 day hold which i was surprised given my assets with TD as well as having had 2 TD mortgages and my customer loyalty. Further, i was simply trying to move the funds to 2 other TD accounts. as the manager insisted on the 5 day hold, i instead asked him to deposit the cheque to MY td direct investing margin account so i would have access to my money immediately through my margin. Well, upon exiting the bank, i noticed the manager had deposited the money to a DORMANT joint investing account and NOT TO MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT!! this joint account has been dormant for 20+ years and is empty, thus i CANNOT access any margin amounts!! i had to madly rush and return to the bank and asked Alex the manager to correct his mistake as i was leaving on vacation in 2 days. Alex made the error june 5th and as of june 11th i still had NO access to my funds! i made 3 trips to the bank requesting the error be corrected. Twice Alex said he would call me and let me know the status and never did. NEVER CALLED, NEVER FIXED his mistake, NEVER followed up and yes, NEVER APOLOGIZED! Unbelievable, sadly.... I can't believe a bank manager deposits my cheque to the wrong account and the problem CANNOT and is NOT corrected by the bank!! last year, Park and Tilford employee lost a transfer deposit to one of our accounts for a large sum of money and had NO idea where the funds were and NO idea that the funds were even lost!! again, we were required to babysit the problem to make sure the funds were found and deposited to our account i'm so angry with the absolute incompetence of this branch!! It has been the WORST recently. I want to leave!!! Save yourself Misery, Trouble and STRESS and find another bank!! TRULY! ** FOLLOW UP - took from June 5 to 23, 18 days! to finally resolve! I Lost $475 interest and so much time and energy along with the struggle! Adding insult to injury, td offered $500 as 'adequate' compensation for the lost interest, all my suffering and stress, 5 in-branch visits, numerous phone calls, emails and time, time and more time! TD refuses to take ownership of their errors and service failures! I feel so disrespected and abused by TD!
