- PLP LDec 3, 20251.0Bad attitude and not competent front desk teller (one specific person) not well trained and made mistakes, very unpleasant experience to deposit money. The team lead as well, bad communication skills, no client services sense and both had to be reminded to apologize for negligence they had. Such a waste of time, they made it complicated and difficult for a simple thing. Will make a formal complaint

They wasted my time trying to set up a meeting with a “financial advisor” who couldn’t actually provide any financial advice — only to continue pushing the same product I didn’t ask for. I almost fell for it, but thankfully realized this wasn’t aligned with my goals. Completely unhelpful experience — nothing got done, and I left with zero progress on my request.
