- TKT KJul 10, 20251.0This bank always seems understaffed. Every time I visit, there’s a long lineup and only one or two tellers available to help. It is really frustrating, especially during peak hours. They definitely need more staff to improve service and reduce wait times.

I recently had a meeting with Ms. Kwon at this branch, and she genuinely showed great effort and dedication. I could clearly feel that she was doing her very best to help me with my needs. Although this branch is a bit farther from my home, I choose to come here instead of the one right next to my house. I’m surprised to see that the Google rating is in the 2-star range, but after looking closely, I realized most of the negative reviews are from several years ago. Recent reviews are much more positive, which suggests there may have been staff changes. Everyone I met at this branch was truly kind and helpful. I hope my review can serve as a more accurate reflection of what this branch is like now. Don’t let the outdated negative reviews mislead you and cause you to miss out on a really great branch.
