I completely understand it's for security purposes, why I don't like is when I went to the bank, she keeps asking me if someone else is using my bank account. I said no. She doesn't believe me! I was so frustrated that they locked my account on a weekend and suspect me of lying to them! While she was helping me, other clients came in and she told me, wait a sec, and then she started helping other people. I waited a good 10. ~ 20 minutes waiting for her while she puts me on hold. They're really bad here!! I'm considering leaving TD Bank. Now my card is still not working! I couldn't use my OWN money!! It's been more than 11 days and this is very unacceptable. Ridiculous!!!!
