Common you're not using ribbon printers, you're not in 1990s I even asked her if I could wait 1/2 hour to get them as they close at 6 she simply refused said 'it'll take so much time we've other clients to handle. I'll make it ready and give you a call when it's ready’, she doesn't have time though I felt embarrassed wanted to raised this issue with the senior official but I chose to leave the branch as I was bit frustrated. By looking at these negative reviews I’m not the only one that’s having problems with the staff at this branch they should be fired for unprofessional customer service. We as a customer pay hundreds of dollars in a fee not to be treated like this..
