  The service I received when converting money from large USD demonizations to small denominations was excellent. There was no wait when I went in and the teller was pleasant and courteous. Overall, a pleasure to do business with.

  I went there to open my new bank account, without an appointment, Manager helped me scoop in to one of her associates Manya, She was very helpful and patient with me for answering all my questions with big smile, Not that but also she explained everything that was there and helped me choose the perfect selection for my account even if I took some time to understand everything she was patient and had a big smile on her face for assisting me, Thanks to her and Manager for helping me out even when I just walked in on Rush hour. Definitely 5 stars to Manya as well.

  Absolute useless bank. They cancelled on me 3 times trying to get assistance to open an RESP account. I finally decided to try their website and it did not work. So I had to do it over the phone. Guess what? They had me open the wrong type of account and fees were not explained properly. Today, I tried to go to the branch directly to cancel my old credit card since I got a new one. Although their OWN website says you can cancel a credit card over the phone OR at any branches the guy said I can't do it in person and I have to call. What a waste of time. How do they not have accurate information on their website? Overall, TD services have been a massive disappointment and I would encourage annoying looking for proper service to sign up with any other bank.

  The customer service at this branch is seriously lacking. We made 3 attempts to meet with someone about opening an RESP. The meeting was cancelled twice, with the excuse that there was no available staff member. The third time, the response was that it's not something they could help us with. At some point, we mentioned RESPs to a bank teller and he said book an appointment for us to speak with someone. He seemed in disbelief when we told him we'd already been cancelled on 3 times. As a side note, we also had issues opening the RESP online because of an address error message. The bank teller gave us a number to call to open an RESP but it was not explained that the number was for a direct investing account with lots of fees, which we did not want. We wanted an individual account with no fees. Update. My husband went to this branch today to cancel a credit card because he switched to a new type of credit card (still with TD). The bank teller told my husband he would have to cancel the card over the phone even though the website clearly states you can go to a branch to cancel. My husband even showed the teller where it says that on the website. He was also advised that if we want an RESP account with no fees, it would have to be a "branch account". I'm assuming this account would need to be opened at the branch... but we were cancelled on 3 times and even told they can't do that at the branch. The whole experience is mind boggling.

  Manya was possibly the most helpful bank teller I've ever gone to. She went above and beyond to make my issue resolve quickly and efficiently. I came in ready for a fight and I left in under 10 minutes.
