For the last couple years it’s going downhill n Now worse fewer tellers n mostly new staff u wait for ever n if u r there for over 30 mins u get a ticket like I did $86.50 I had issyes with staff spoke to asst mgr was very helpful but when I spoke to the mgr & I also told her I will b moving our acts to another bank she had a smirk n didn’t care about losing clients . M extremely disappointed with them . They have serious issues & very rude . Good luck to everyone banking there … I see a lot of complaints here …

She makes my banking experience at t.d horrible to the point I am most likely changing to a different bank like bmo I feel bad for the guy that's being trained by her. Maybe he can train her with customer service.
