- MMMike MangaoangNov 9, 20211.0this is probably the worst bank of Canada, Out all the main banks here in Canada TD and especially people from this location is the worst. i don't really do this kind of stuff but this is the worst customer service in any business i've ever gotten. i booked a meeting with them to cancel my account and they cancelled my appointment 20 mins before and they just told me to just talk and call the 1800 and do it myself. LOL what's the point of booking an appointment with an advisor (Sandy Ta ) for them to just call you and cancel your meeting and tell me to do it myself, Now i have to take more time out of my day to call and be on hold where they could've just done it for me. A little disrespectful especially when it was booked 3 business days before hand.
- KJKim JFeb 11, 20201.0I went to the sapperton branch today around 3 pm and the bank teller was accepting with smile but the way she acted to me was little bit odd and it should be handled with sensitive way. She used hand sanitizer just before I handed my card. Well, just because of the customers are asians she seems acting more noticeable at least in my view. Covid, I totally understand that you are handle many customers services and if you just want to show off that you are overreacting to asian customers, just wear masks and gloves. I could feel clearly she was just showing inappropriate behaviour to valued customers and TD is responsible for that and better fix that attitude. Personally I wouldn't go this branch again and not recommending to others.
